Infotrieve understands that some documents are more urgent than others. Because of this, we offer Rush and Panic services to meet your needs.

Rush Service:

Guarantees next day service for article orders placed before 4:00 pm ET (1:00 pm PT), Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays.

You must select an electronic delivery option or fax for Rush Service when you place the order.

If the document cannot be supplied in the rush timeframe, you will be notified and the surcharge will be voided.

Price: US $11.00 rush surcharge per document

Panic Service:

Guarantees same day service for article orders placed before 4:00 pm ET (1:00 pm PT), Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays.

You must select an electronic delivery option or fax for Panic Service when you place the order.

If the document cannot be supplied within the panic timeframe, you will be notified and the surcharge will be voided.

Price: US $22.00 panic surcharge per document

Please Note:

Rush and Panic orders placed on book loans, books, journals, reports and documents requiring advanced reference service are not covered by this guarantee.  Please email customer service if you have any questions about expedited services for these types of documents.
